Elyse Catanzaro is the Vegetation Supervisor at VIBE Cannabis and the Membership Committee Chair.  She started her career with the company in February of 2022 shortly after making a career change from Fire Protection to Cannabis. Her role at VIBE consists of managing the Propagation and Vegetation Departments, which oversee all the stock plants, clones, and harvest rounds for the facility. Aside from her employed position, Elyse is actively involved with the Employee Empowerment Committee, which oversees employee parties, Employee of the Month, monthly Newsletter, and several other activities that help promote an enjoyable workplace. Seeing an opportunity to network with other women in the cannabis industry, Elyse introduced VIBE to We Are JAINE, which is now a Small Business Member.

What do you love most about working in the Cannabis Industry?

I'm always learning something new and expanding my knowledge in this ever-growing and changing industry!

 

Who has been the biggest influence on your career?

The patients of Missouri have been the biggest influence on my career. I want to be the reason a Missouri cannabis consumer is able to afford quality cannabis.
